I was playing an old 40d fort, named my Dungeon Master after Tenshi who was friends with everyone and close friends with a lot of people.

5 dwarfs die, 2 where Tenshi's friends, other 3 close friends.

She tantrumed and disembowed my military and started a LONG tantrum spiral...

I was last playing Torchlight, and I forgot that I had switched to a MP per hit gun, rather than my usual HP per hit gun.  Got ganged up on by a giant group of monsters.

I was playing Space Station 13. I was on  the shuttle, it was about to depart and the round was about to end, and some stupid rainbow lighting came on and everybody started fighting, and I got a russian revolver and shot my own head off in frustration.

Every few miles, [the dwarves] stop the cart.  One of the dwarfs (sic) gets off, digs a hole down below the dirt layers, licks the bedrock, and then they know exactly where they are.  It's called GPS: Geological Piquancy Sampling.

I opened a door and fired off a few IN rounds from my Autocannon. One of the aliens in the room fired his ultra-high-tech laser gun at me while he was on fire, one hit KO.

People I name after myself always seem to get killed. It's probably because I love setting things on fire.

I flew an ERJ - 145 into the side of a mountain while on approach due to icing on the windows. The airport was not setup for instrument landings. I probably should have diverted to somewhere else, but I had miscalculated my fuel and had unexpectedly strong headwinds. A number of mistakes that hopefully won't happen again.

Before anyone asks, I don't know why someone was baking a cake at 29,000 feet.

At a low level, I met a white unicorn as a neutral. Deciding to have some fun with it, and half wondering if I could get away, I put on my ring of conflict in a room and zapped my wand of create monster fourteen times. Then I read both scrolls of create monster. The white unicorn ended up getting killed by a black one that I created. Not quite sure what ended up killing me, though.

Nethack, for the unfamiliar.

Stupid orc priest and their smiting ways. Being a
straight summoner is hard enough without someone
having their god curb-stomp you.

So it seems I accidentally put my canteen in my wheelbarrow and didn't notice... and then I got really thirsty... so right before going to sleep I go to take a swig from my canteen and... end up snorting a line of low-grade meth.

Microsoft Flight Simulator X with a commercial third party ERJ-145 add on. I was joking about the cake.
