Call your sister up, tell her what happened, and head to the hardware store to get a new fixture and bulb, find a ladder, and install it. If it's night, get a flashlight, because you want the breaker switch to be off while you do this.

Alternative to using a flashlight is just waiting until the sun comes up, by the by. Probably a real good idea if you haven't fiddled with light fixtures + ladders much before. Don't really want to have to mess around with a flashlight and/or sketchy lighting in the process, particularly if you haven't been exposed to the act terribly often.
