No one when laws are being made and enforced by sane people. Unfortunately they're not. The fact that anyone ever gets charged with anything for that qualifies as clear a reductio ad absurdium of the relevant statutes. There is clearly no victim in these cases except for the persons being charged.

I helped make a video on the subject back in grade 12. Even had a police officer involved to help make it. He knew his stuff, unlike the district school board. Did you know that sexting is taking a picture of yourself in the mirror? That was their only qualifier for sexting. And other students were asking lots of questions about random sex laws.

Anyway, the video was a runner to become an educational video for the district schools, but I don't know if it was ever chosen or not.
