So last week I took my laptop in to fix a broken hinge. The guy says it will take two days at most. Four days pass with no word. After calling, he says they're going to finish it on the weekend. Have to call again on Sunday because there's been no word and I need it for class. He says he ordered a part which will be in on Monday. So now it's been a week, and after contacting him again, he says "the hard drive isn't recognizing the data" and that he needs the charger. What the fuck were they doing to it?!
