Not even remotely, but it's up there a bit. Th'source in question is the Grrl Power webcomic, for what that's worth. Nothing strictly explicit, but the thing's definitely NSFW at points. Like using a be-nipple'd text balloon as a censor-bar equivalent, in this case.

Checked it out, it ain't that bad. Just the text box is irregularly shaped- has a bump on one side.
Plus the humor of that whole page is meant to be that she's intimidated by boob-lady's boobs, so the nipplebox shows that they're staring her in the face.
