It's actually relatively versatile, with 20ft for ground speed, climb speed, and swim speed. Though somewhat slow compared to most medium-sized races, let alone other possible mounts.

Also, I just realized that I don't much enjoy DF modding anymore unless I'm doing something either really weird (I.E barely recognizable as DF modding) or making something that I'm confident others will get good use out of.

At least it's not an awful fate to be a creativity enabler. Why I got into DF modding in the first place.

... is it wrong to be surprised by the quality of an MMO's music? Dungeon Fighter Online's stuff is easily accessible -- it's just a bunch of .ogg files in the game's folder -- and it's honestly, like. A lot of it is genuinely good.

And something about the concept of quality anything coming out of an MMO is just faintly disturbing to me for some reason.

But this thing has, like. Music that ranges from fairly decent to pretty damn good, and is generally just kinda' quality. Fairly wide range of genres expressed, too. S'almost unsettling. But impressive? I'unno.

It's also really weird how much music can improve a game's playing experience. When I was in Elder Scrolls Online's beta, I turned off the music in-game and played Morrowind's music instead. Way more enjoyable.
