Another forum, more focused on scifi stuff and a relatively unique type of RP called Questing, which is basically a more controlled form of suggestion games.
There's other stuff too, but that's what I use it for.

I don't think quests are particularly rare, I've seen several forums having them.
And best quest is still best.

What's the difference between quests and SGs?

Quests have a choose your own adventure style, with commands given at the end of a post, and whether a Write In option is available or not is up to the GM. Also they tend to have a larger focus on writing and rp then SGs here do, so they're more storyriffic.
