Oh yeah, my WTF for today.
I caught myself laughing to music. As in, I was listening to it and feelin pretty damn good, when I stopped for a sec and realized I was laughing out loud. It wasn't even a funny song, or one with lyrics even. I'm pretty sure it was a fast-paced violin or piano song.

Actually, the biological reason is (I believe) for the purpose of exchanging genetic data. Something like that, at least.

The mouth has a lot of nerve endings to stimulate and quite a few of them work in different ways for more variety in physical stimulating. Also used a lot by everyone (who isn't tube fed) so subtle differences are more easily detected by your pattern finder.

Also, I found out through wikipedia that there are towns called, and I quote, "Intercourse and Blue Ball" in Pennsylvania. The names didn't age well, it seems.
