That's mostly yeast (which is a fungi btw), not mold. Some cheeses actually use bacteria, probably thinking of Swiss cheese here.

Only some of the molds in that family actually produce penicillin, most notably chrysogenum. Camembert and Brie *should* be fine, for example.

Also wow, allergy to antibiotics suck.
