Thieves who get experience points for stealing stuff (and could potentially become level 20 simply by stealing from each other.) Armor doing next to nothing. You can apparently be oneshotted by getting hit in the nuts.

I once participated in a FATAL chargen thread on /tg/. The character we created had nipples four inches long. And I once saw another FATAL thread where a character was stabbed through the lungs, but without breaking the skin or damaging any other body parts.

I wonder why people are so obsessed with trying play F.A.T.A.L. Well, okay, I know, it's obviously morbid curiosity. But I wish there were more attempts to play less completely terrible terrible games. It would be nice if someone did something with World of Synnibarr, though it doesn't lend itself as much to internet shenanigans since there seems to be no way to legitimately obtain PDFs of it, and even I am a bit hesitant to shell out for a hard copy.

But what about deadEarth? It's a free game of mutations where you can get awesome powers which you might get to use if you somehow survive character creation. If someone wants to start a deadEarth game, I would be totally down for it.

The author changed a few things after that review. He changed just the things for which he couldn't contruct an argument. For example, he changed what the title stands for. He also removed the cursed armors that turn the wearer into racist stereotypes.

ass of the wearer will grow by 50% and be abnormally
high. If the wearer is male, then those around him are

cursed and dark as night. Disposition turns to UI.
Temperament becomes phlegmatic. The eyes of the
wearer are visible 3 miles away at night. The wearer
will have a body odor for 1d10 feet. On the bright side,
the Physical Fitness of the wearer increases by 10%.
