Since coming to college and accessing internet through the college, Youtube has constantly suggested I subscribe to CollegeHumour. I think Youtube's rigged the system or something.

Nah, that's normal google data collection such an' such. Which, I mean, yeah, it's rigged, but it's normal for youtube so it's sorta' not rigged because rigged implies it's not standard behavior, to a certain degree?

I haven't watched any CollegeHumour videos the entire week I've been here though. No reason to have data saying they should recommend that channel. And it never goes away, always the first slot on the page. Even above the "popular on youtube" slot.

There are overdone memes. Darude -Sandstorm being one that I will always hate as it got old the first two times I saw it in the youtube comments

Past that, it just depends on the delivery/context.

Memes depend on how you use them. If you greet everybody with a variation on "i herd u liek mudkipz", then it's just annoying. If you use them sparingly, and in the right situation, such as SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING with news of some kind of headline-making disease, then they're funny.

indeed its worth noting my favorite meme has always being over 9000 (well my favorite meme i can mention here anyway (actually the one i cant mention here is really more of a running joke then a meme but i suppose thats all a meme is))

On a side note.

Some people will sink to desperate things to avoid hand gun laws/ make money.

well yes the blankets are a symptom of a larger problem but blaming gun laws is kinda silly

one of my greatest shames is missing an obvious oportunity for an over 9000 joke ill see if i can find it im sure its on the wow forums somewhere although it may be from the deleted general discussion board
