Memes depend on how you use them. If you greet everybody with a variation on "i herd u liek mudkipz", then it's just annoying. If you use them sparingly, and in the right situation, such as SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING with news of some kind of headline-making disease, then they're funny.

What the hell did I just play?
I got a game called Savant Ascent on a Humble Bundle a while back, and finally got around to playing it. In it, you play a man in a Vendetta mask, wearing rather dashing clothes, while shooting flying robots with magic. Some enemies drop golden CDs that give you special powers.
After fighting some enemies on the ground, you are ride on top of elevators, shooting more enemies, which now include giant golden worms. You eventually crash into the top of the tower, where you fight a glowy orb that spawns more golden worms. You blow that up, but it only gets cracked. From it comes a little man in a red cap and red suspenders, with a mask similar to yours.
When he says "It's a me! Vario!" is when the game officially stopped making sense.

I was washing the spinny disc thing from the microwave. Got to the point where I was holding it up and drying it off, where it slipped from my fingers, fell less than an inch, hit the edge of the sink, and split clean in two. Kinda confused as to why it'd be so fragile.

Modern things made out of glass tend to break even from slightest impact. I saw once a cat jumping into a glass vase and it broke into 20-30 bits.

This is probably the result of some faulty glass technology, leaving a lot of hidden stress inside the material...
