Ah whut? The standard range in D&D is 3-18 for an un-modified stat (3D6). So just times the Wisdom in LCS by 2 and add one for the effective range in D&D

You could roll stats, but in reality you don't, 95% of a D&D world is built on the non elite array, which is 10, 10, 10, 11, 11, 11. D&D will never directly translate to LCS because as I understand it the heroes and important people in LCS start with the same stats as the unimportant people, indeed even animals have the same stats. which is not the case in D&D. Also x2+1 isn't even consistent on it's face, since that would make the max 19.
