Cruising along, on way home.  Sticks hand out of window, cause temperature with wind is just right for that.
Drive past a vehicle going the other way, at the same time exact time as I hear the whoosh of it passing me, I hear a dull thud.  As if something meaty was just hit with a blunt object.
I look behind through the drivers side mirror, see a deer flopping down into the middle of the road, as the car that hit it slows down, then decides to say screw it and keep going.  I go along my merry way also.
