I mean, sure, some--even most were valid-- but as a whole?

Question 1: Who's Dugin? No, really. I'm not aware of who is it and what he has done.

Question 2 (unrelated to question 1): Any idea if it is hard to learn German for a foreigner? It just looks like I'll have an opportunity to study second foreign language for free in college nest year. Due to my future speciality (inorganic chemistry) it looks kinda good, cause a lot of serious scientific journals are german and therefore among the english articles in them there are a lot of german ones.
