I just realised (but that might be the White Russians talking) that the future Gattaca-style eugenetics will only speed up evolution, and not bring about a revolution. Everyone will still want their own genes as a basis. However, what will make most people more happy? A smart kid, or a buff, strong, good looking one? I'm afraid it'll be the latter.

Survival of the fittest means most sexually attractive. And that's is exactly what will keep on happening.
