My landlady bought each apartment in the complex a huge bag of candy. That made me realize that I didn't buy candy for Halloween yet again. What the fuck?

Oh well, besides having to share the Whoppers and Milk Duds I at least have some popcorn and cheese crackers from my own outing for snacks this past Monday. I still am unable to believe that I forgot about buying candy for Halloween - or that I forgot about it until this morning when a roommate wished me a happy one.

What the fuck? Halloween is the only good thing in October and I forgot about it. Oh well, that happens.

The same kind that whatever immigrants we're descended from had.

This is only mostly a joke. People who, for instance, mostly talk French at home tend to have a French accent, while, say, I or the Irish guy from one of my high school classes tend more towards British English. But for the most part people have a more German sounding accent, I think? Not a stereotypical one, mind. Well, perhaps a bit, but you can't blame them when they only had around half a dozen years of experience of actually speaking English (Well, I guess that most have more, but most of the people who I meet are college students who have completed high school a year or two a go. Go figure).
