Meanwhile, in the same RTD but another place, a vampire is losing to a hare.

So, alternative school. My brother goes to one, and there's this little bully (apparently he's now in middle school...) who takes both boys and girls to the bathroom every once in a while and punches them while the teacher's not looking.

Wut.

He's little, too, and everyone except his parents seem to know that he's bad.

EDIT: The story continues as my brother's friend reveals the crimes of that guy. Includes punching a lot, forcing other kids to get into the school car & punch, forcing kids to get onto a bus with him, forcing kids to shut up, ...

No, seriously. He's a tyrant in miniature, so bad even in elementary school of all places.
And it seems he successfully scared everyone into shutting their mouths, so not a single adult soul knew what every kid there knew. My mom is being very dismayed.
