Morph out Hive-Mind onto land?!
Why? we're safer down here. conventional weapons don't work too well underwater, and ones that do work would probably require that the user comes to us. in which case, attack with everything in the sea.

Besides, we already have the trees as a spy network on land, we don't really gain anything from being there ourselves.

So my crundles are staying intact unless they're newly spawned... until they are exposed to anything that isn't at room temperature.  This mostly seems to mean blood, specifically, their own.  Then they go poof very quickly.

Create a large heavily armored millipede that has room under its plates for attack crabs to ride, and bands of bioluminescene within its armor.  Ensure the front of the head is especially well armored. This if the hole is large enough to admit it, otherwise widen the hole, or dig our own from a different direction as stated previously.  Name this millipede Schoolbus.

Collect DNA from all around, we need more!

Also, if we use those shrimp claws we should be careful. If they're as fast as wikipedia says they are, than they would probably create a vacuum, which would have a similar effect on land as it does on the water.

I fail to see the problem.

Go with the Schoolbus, but add bioluminescent ink jets to the antennae and coat whatever is inside with the ink to see them or a glowing-gluelike substance to capture them for DNA extraction.

Morph out Hive-Mind onto land?!

Our spy-network is an extention of ourselves on land.

For this, produce a drone with LOTS of analytical thinking skills.

We cover an entire ocean. We have more processing power than several super-computers. We can analyze anything ourselves.

COLLECT DNA!!!

We are always doing that.

You create the schoolbus, a large millipede that can carry the crabs around. Additionally, you create another caste of drones, the diggers, to widen the tunnel so the school bus can actually go through them. Soon, the schoolbus, filled with crabs, is at the door. Attack? Y/N

You collect some of the missiles. Not very complicated. Really just rocks and arrows.

DRONES:
Attack crab drone: Stong, armoured, built to kill. Has incredibly fast, shrimp claws.
Crab drone: Armoured. Good all around. Shoots poison.
Collector crab drone: Make to collect and process DNA.
Light-bulb drone: Gives off light. Fast, but otherwise useless.
Armour crab drone: Highly armoured. Not very fast.
School bus: Carries crabs. Gives of light. Very large and heavily armoured.
Digger: Digs. Otherwise useless.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.
