You stand up from your box, and step outside of it. The floor, walls and ceiling of this room are all covered in sparse clusters of the neon toadstools. In addition, the box in the center of the room seems to be surrounded by dusty glass jars. Too dusty to see through, at least. In the center of one of the walls, there is a decrepit wooden door, mildewed and rotten from time, but still fast shut.

Pick up the jars and throw them at the door until either we run out or the door breaks.

You pick up one of the jars. A liquid sloshes around inside, as well as a large object. With a flick of your arm, you hurl the jar at the door. The glass shatters, and a deepy, inky black liquid sloshes onto the floor, as well a fleshy brown mound. The wood of the door has splintered as well. The hallway beyond is too dark to see at this point.

You grab another jar, and twist off the cap, leaving a cloud of dust around you. You then pour out its contents - more murkish water, and a human lung - onto the ground. You grab a handful of the blue mushrooms and drop them into the jar, making a makeshift lantern. You walk to the door and turn the iron doorknob, which simply creaks and breaks out of the door. It slides open. You can faintly see into the hallway. It goes on straight for about fourty feet before splitting.

...A lung?

Well, that's sufficiently ominous.

Walk down the hallway until we hit the split.

You step over the rest of the canopic jars and through the doorway. The air in the hallway is sufficiently colder and more damp. It probably has something to do with the lack of those mushrooms. The floor in the hallway is made of cracked tiles and is covered in dust. There are no cobwebs or any other traces of life, not even in a miniscule amount. At the end of the hallway, you turn left to see another nearly-identical hallway.

Hm... I don't know. Let's find out.

Examine ourselves.

You look down, holding the glow-jar up to examine yourself. Your arms and hands are wrapped in tattered off-white bandages. They end at your shoulders. Your chest and is exposed. Your skin looks normal. You pat it with your hand, and feel firm resistance. You seem not to be hollow. Your legs are covered in old, decomposing cloth pants, and your feet are wrapped in bandages as well.

You continue down the hallway. The farther you get from the room you began in, the colder it gets. At the end of this hallway, you turn left again. Yet again, you see another identical hallway.
