You turn around and head right, down another cold, delapidated stone hallway. At the end of this one, there is another wooden door, equally as ratty as the one you encountered earlier.

Kick the door down like a pro door-kicker.

Kick the door down like a pro door-kicker.

If this somehow fails, break a mushroom near it.

You kick the door. The rotten wood crumbles easily at the force of your foot. There is a long staircase on the other end of the door.

Does the staircase go up or down?

If it goes up, walk up it. If it goes down, ignore it and walk back to the first hallway split we found and go the un-explored way.

You walk up the stone stairs. At the top of the stairs is a small platform with a short ladder going up leading to a dark stone disc in the ceiling.

Break a shroom on the ladder, then climb up.

You take one of the mushrooms from the jar and smack it against the ladder. It breaks open into a cloud of spores. You climb up through the glowing dust and reach the top of the ladder. It would be impossible to simply climb through this cover.

You begin to climb doAAAAWWWWWNNNNNN

You drop to the floor with a thud. You ache all over. What the hell was that? You figure you must've slipped. Anyway, you begin to unwrap the bandages on your arms. They fall to the floor in messy heaps. Your arms are bare, but otherwise unremarkable. There is a noticable white scar going across the wrist of your right hand, though.

Go back to the first hallway split we encountered and walk down the unexplored section.

You head down the stairs, take a left, and end up going straight past the hallway to the room you started in. The end of this hallway has a split in it, too. As you contemplate which way to go, you feel a slight itching in your arms.
