The Tibetans all get the same retinue, Himalayan Mountaineers, which is a terrible retinue of light infantry and light cavalry. Good for raiding, maybe? Nothing too interesting otherwise. The Saka get Horse Archers, Assyrians get Cataphracts, Nepali get Steel Bow Infantry.

Also, I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but Sardinia and Corsica got changed around. They're now their own kingdom; Sardinia now has like five or six provinces and Corsica two.

I think I just had my shortest CK2 game ever. I fired up an ironman game, immediately declared holy war on my neighbor, and marched to war. As soon as my army hit the enemy army my character dies, who was apparently leading some of them despite his martial skill being 2 (I saw the army leader as martial 10 and didn't realize my ruler was riding along, lol). No heirs, instant loss. Ruled for 23 days.

With CKII, you don't need to have all the DLC to play multiplayer with other people.  Everyone gets the same DLC unlocked as the host owns.  The problem with when you joined was due to the game having ended a few hours beforehand.  Granted, there was only me and one other person, so the organization of it was lacking.

Is anyone else finding Europe remarkably more sane in this update? Usually even in 1066 I get weird stuff like Sicily inheriting Hungary or Italy spontaneously becoming Romuva, but in my current game, not only is there a pleasant lack of bizarre outcomes from nowhere, but the borders still look pretty good over 100 years in. The weirdest stuff I'm seeing at the moment are a few Norwegian exclaves from Harald's brief rule over England. The Seljuks even took Jerusalem from the Fatimids, like they did historically! That's practically unheard of in the past!
