Near-Mountainous is basically a game with no power roles but the roleblocker and doctor.  No cop or godfather.


Also, I have three or four flavor ideas, so now I just have to pick the right one :3

By the way: I'm currently building a frame for the current story, so I have to ask: would you like the descriptions of, er, "what happened" toned down for the next one?  I ask because most of the comments on BMIX came in the vein of "Um, that's very well-written, but it's also really disturbing."  As such, I can use various narrative techniques to move the reader closer to or farther away from the action, as desired.


Done building most of the mild bastard mod and the near-mountainous.  Should be ready to hit the forum soon

Erm... maybe, maybe not.  The bastard mod is going to have strict requirements on the entrants, and in reality the near-mountainous is a game directed towards veteran players.  So, I'll have to see.  It kind of depends on how many players we actually end up getting--and in any case, I won't be running any of these games for a bit.  I need a break after I finish my work on BMIX, and I really need to figure out some sort of theme to expound upon than "You can see a lot of things from different perspectives, and it's kind of cool.  Also, screw you, everyman."

Because of that, I may end up actually running the bastard mod before I put everything else together... who knows.  Might be better to wait until the subforum is more revived =/
