I have a new question. It seems to have 2 icons folders but only uses the one that doesn't have icons for clothing and most of the aliens. How do I get it to use those icons?

Where will I find this?
The definition of whatever you want to change, if it includes an icon = 'something.dmi' line, change it to icon = 'path/to/something.dmi'. If it isn't there, then it is inheriting it, so add it to override it.

Say what you will about bay12, but the ss13 server is full of dreadfully verbally abusive people. And in OCC. All for not knowing in advance that certain areas of the BYOND code are extremely deficient for this kind of game.

You don't need an invite.  All you need is to be smart enough to find the link, and not dumb enough to be stupid on our servers.
Also: there are no straight SS13 servers anymore.  There is the occasional game of *chan games, or maybe penny arcade, but everybody has their own version.  Us, the goons, pennyarcade.  I think, I know for a fact there are more versions than just that. If you're going to complain in this thread (and we wish you wouldn't, it doesn't help anybody) at least complain about a specific community's servers, and not just SS13 in general. There are much better places to bash SS13 as a whole.  Try Something Awful, for instance.  They seem to like it if you call them stupid names. (no joke, if you make it funny, they will laugh)

I can't believe derelict is so hard...
3 huge space holes in arrivals right near the shuttle, near EVA and medbay.
Main maintenance is almost unreachable, wiring is almost impossible without any resources...
When will derelict get some sort of patch to weaken the destruction?
Like it doesn't destroy all of the APCs or at least doesn't do huge vacuum holes. Or doesn't even do huge space holes.
