Don't worry Arni. If I remember correctly you are a tough dwarf who has got a pretty heavy leg wound, but has healed and is now out of the hospital. You still hobble around a bit, but you are capable of doing basic jobs around the fort.

And the forts most beloved (and only) manager is still alive! To being still alive I also advanced to the rank of a master miner. But for some reason my mining is disabled .

The fortress changed a lot since my reign but stayed the same. The exterior part was enlarged, but still we huddle together underground for warmth and safety. We have more beds, but there are not more bedrooms. The shroomfarms I've helped to carve out of the rock is covered in a mushroom forest. We have plenty of crafts but still noone to trade with. The traders get allways cought by the goblin ambushers sneaking around our fortress. The main difference is the number of coffins. There are so many dead. And so many of us died already. I think im getting used to tragedy. Me and the insane engeneer called Noodle are the only two retired leaders of this place taht are still alive.

don't worry too much. You've got about a week or so to lead our fort to greatness (or screw it up completely if you want).
