I got Mirrors Edge, but broken glass makes the game unplayable if a single window gets broken. The game lags trying to figure out how it will all fall...
You can disable that in the settings, try disabling PhysX or turning them down IIRC. And I presume you're in the mission where That Guy gets killed? Because it was not much of a problem for me afterwards.
Oh yeah, the PhysX disabled glass entirely. But I can play now. :D
I was on the very first mission after the tutorial...

Yeah, that was the one. I suspect it was intended as a showcase, hence the absurd amount of breakable glass.
Nah, Mirror's Edge is far older than that.

I mean the whole game is kind of a showcase for the parkour mechanics and the art style, but the physx wasn't even in the game when it first shipped.

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

The art style was an accident, actually. They intended to go even more minimalist, but then they decided to add the red splashes to guide you forward... then it progressed. I love ME's artstyle, BTW, as far as usage of color goes.

the uncanny valley effect of the characters making eye contact while talking to other characters when you are close and such has always been uncomfortable for me, but I do love the graphics as well.

Also, with regards to my avatar, all the pictures of me, even the one of Tim Curry... I mean, me.

I rented a textbook this semester. Being new to the whole concept of "textbook companies want you to give them ALLLLLLL the money", I wasn't on my toes enough. I assumed that I wouldn't need to write down which book I rented, and that either the receipt or e-mail confirmation would give some mention that the book was rented and when I'd need to return it.

Nope. You have to log in to see this, and I bought my books from about 6 different sites so meh. They finally send me a message a week before it's due, but I left the book in the dorm that is closed for the break.

Oh well, I'll not do that next time. Let me just purchase an extension on the rental....oh. You can't use a different credit card unless you contact support. And money takes 5 days to transfer between accounts because of the holiday. This textbook does not want to be returned, and I need to find an ATM >_>

Got an xbox one today, and they require a mandatory system update when you first use them.
Couldn't connect to Xbox live to get it because freaking hackers shut down the servers. Just what I needed on Christmas!

Wind Waker is Cellshady, at least a bit. I adore that game. Especially it's artstyle.

I just want to know why she thought it would be a good idea to stick a spider in her mouth.

Not a fan of cell-shading, myself.  Hideous enough to be unwatchable/unplayable in most cases, actually.

The Diablo 2 droprate is complete shit. I need to stop playing this shitbag game and actually do things with my life. Or waste my life in more productive ways than farming shit bosses with shit droprates in Diablo 2 hoping to find good gear to play through the whole game again on a harder difficulty to try and get better loot. I've played the game to death and killed all fun in it and I should stop.

Tomorrow I'm totally not going to play video games all day. Now watch as I play video games all day tomorrow.
