I mainly hate the new Update because getting to the Chronicle now takes about double the amount of time it did before.

Why simple when there's needless Hipster-UI-Updates?

But for those that want choice:
Pale Moon http://www.palemoon.org/
Classic Theme Restorer https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/classicthemerestorer/?src=userprofile

Thank you, gonna put that infirst thing this evening.

I turned off automatic updates as soon as I read the rage about it.

I never thought this would happen, but I'm actually angry over a development in a story that accompanies a trading card game. I've got a friend who strongly identified with a character who, at the end of an arc that apparently showed her overcoming her inner doubts and fears, was suddenly fridged for no apparent reason after saving the world. Everything I know about the story suggests that this was an atrocious decision that serves no narrative purpose whatsoever, unless you think "tragic" means "bad". I mean, I don't exactly have high expectations, but they've gone and made a friend of mine sad, for no reason. That ain't cool.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

It's not that i want to delete it. I gladly share the worrying amounts of porn I watch daily. But I often return to a Manga i'm reading, or an Episode im watching, and the Chronicle helps me find the spot where I left off last.

But maybe this is just some subtle try of Firefox to make me aware of the fact that im a lazy sod. Or that I watch too much glorious porn. A gentle nudge into a life of less time wasting on the internet, and more productivity and spending time with real people.

If so, FUCK THAT UPDATE EVEN MORE. I dont need no social commentary on me life, ya evil sodding browser!

So recently I've been eating a lot of sandwiches with cheese, tomatoes and a little bit of pepper. (of course I'm not using a shaker because that's for scrubs, I just take a pinch straight from a bag)

And a few minutes ago I needed to scratch my eye and didn't realize I still had some pepper on my fingers from the last time I made 'em sandwiches.
Which in turn unleashed burning hell of pain upon my left eye. Wash your hands people, else you end up weaponizing pepper...Against yourself.

Based on the fact that Tiruin and myself have both come up with an very large number of ways to get through to my brother that he is being an evil and selfish bastard, all of which have failed and been met by the same couple of responses, as well as a series of observations I've been making as he speaks to other people, I have determined that his lack of both empathy and sympathy borders on inhuman. There was a point where I pleaded him to just listen to me and care about what I'm saying, only to be met with the usual "SAM SHUT UP".

There's not even anything to say anymore, I feel done.

I know that feeling. My brother is pretty much the same. Except he yells "ERIC SHUT UP BEFORE I POUND YOUR FACE IN!!!"

Sorry to hear that, tomato and tiruin. Coincidentally, you two sound like some sort of bizarre salad dressing.

She's having one of those fucking days again.

Let's try something to fix our relationship!

No, let's not, apparently.

After that conversation I'm not sure i'm more pissed off or more upset.

Wait, is this the chick who keeps swinging bipolar-like between "Awww gee I'm so sorry, what can I do to make it up to you" and "i dump u coz new gai is so hawt"?

Dude....just stop the correspondence. I'm not sure if she's certifiably schizo or just playing with you like a cat playing with dinner, but either way she's crazy (and not in the good way).
