Tried doing something nice for mum by washing the dishes this morning. Her first reaction is to tell me I'm doing it wrong and storm off in a bad mood like she always does. Shows me for trying to do something nice of my own volition.

I know this pain.  It's so frustrating.

Found a live cockroach (female with an egg case no less) in my coffee machine this morning.  I seriously think the pest control here is seeding the building with the things instead of killing them.  2 years of this crap and they're only getting worse.

So glad I'm moving out soon.

Just start randomly throwing out organs, and cutting random places until the heart pops out. It'll probably work out.

Fix'd. The second operation is a dual kidney transplant.

Hearts, kidneys, what's the difference?

Thing is I can't find where to cut the intestines to get them to exit the body. I can get them to come out by throwing a bunch of scalpels and mixing them around sure, but then the patient loses all his blood and dies.

Green needle stops bleeding.
You mean blue?
Green is the one that causes you to trip balls.

* Sirus facepalms
Okay. Green needle slows bleeding, but causes hallucinations. Blue needle makes bleeding worse, but fixes hallucinations.

Okay, after a lot of stab-based experimentation I found where to jab the [whatever] scalpel to sever the intestines neatly. So I managed to do the kidney surgery just fine, and brain surgery was a doddle.
I think I'll wait until I've gone to sleep at least once to even try ambulance mode.
