Man I've been looking everywhere for stats like that. Saying "Of course men can be raped, men can rape men" gets the idea across, but being able to point to stats and say "And women rape men too. Nevermind what you think, it happens." would... help.

nenjin's listed location is Nebraska; their age of consent is 17 as of 2013. IIRC, though, most states have clauses of some sort in their consent law that allows for both parties being underaged as long as they fall within a certain range.

Well, there are differences and intricacies per state. I know Sex in my state is limited to people in the 13-14, 15-17, and 18-116 age brackets. You can only have sex in your age group, so a 15 yr old having sex with a 14 is rape. Likewise, 13 on 12 sex is completely illegal, but 14 on 13 sex is perfectly acceptable.


It might explain weird shit like 13 yr old rapist girls. I don't know, I might just be guessing here.

They're not likely to be able to give consent with current medical knowledge, but in 50 years or so it may become an issue.
