Stupid computer issues. First, a service called Superfetch crashes repeatedly on startup, before finally fixing itself(it also controls my Aero style, so I while that happens, I have to look at ugly Vista Basic). I can pinpoint this to a point when I was watching a crappy-quality bootleg of a crappy movie(Ultraviolet), so chances are there was a virus on the disc as well.

Then, this morning, I ran Advanced SystemCare or whatever it was called. It cleaned up some useless files, but then my computer promptly crashes, and then BIOS couldn't detect my hard drive until I cut the power supply and restarted again. I immediately removed Advanced SystemCare.

And yesterday, I bought The Nations: Gold Edition from GoG, and the game is unplayable because of some graphical error. Looking through the GoG forums doesn't offer much help, except maybe one thing that may or may not work(something ffdshow, but that was probably for a differen't issue I don't have).

And this morning, my PS2 wouldn't turn on. I'm hoping it's the godawful power strip it's plugged into, since after playing with the plugs a bit, it worked. It worked fine last night.

I was supposed to go see my cousins today, play with them, maybe have a three man LAN party or something, it would have been awesome since I really could use some childish fun.

Of course the only transport would be my dad who was going very early, I told him it would be no problem, even though I went to bed around 2 AM. I got myself an alarm set on the phone, got up at 8, he wasn't here. Apparently he thought it would be a shame to wake me up this early. So now, I'm both gorggy and in a bad mood because of lack of sleep and because I don't get to see my cousins.

The third "kid" suing him was 16, and they met on a "gay chat line", which hardly make the guy out to be a predator.

There was one who was 15, that's the only case which has any possible merit as a case. Is he the one who lied?

It's complicated. Usually around 16-18, it varies by state, but anyone over 18 can't have sex with someone under 18 else it's statuary. Two 16 year olds can though (in Missouri).

Really? seems a tad excessive if a 19 y/o is a sex offender for having a 17 y/o boyfriend/girlfriend.

Say if someone is 17 and 9 months, going out with someone who is 17 and 6 months. Is it legal for them to have sex for the first 3 months, but the older one becomes a pedophile on the 18th birthday?

It's even more overkill if your homeless and get tossed on that list for pissing in the street. America's sex offender laws are truly fucked up.
