My class did our whole maths sylabus in one year instead of two in school, and we had no problem with it.
I guess that means dragging it out into 2 years is a bit pointless.

Nothing changed though. lol.

My computer has started randomly locking up.

Not really RAGE-worthy, but damn it's annoying to be restarting the thing 5+ times an evening.

Since this only started after a couple of attempts on a new graphics card (Turned out it was WAY too powerful for my power supply to handle), I suspect that it may have something to do with it.

The card has been sitting in a box since the initial testing (A little over a week), awaiting a power supply to go with it. I'm just thinking that it may have damaged something or some bits of code from the drivers are doing something. I don't know, though, all I know it that it started after this thing was tested.

Saw a sign protesting Gregoire, Washington's governor.

Wasn't mad about it until I saw that it was anti-gay. >_<

Lack of power to a high end card won't always be immediately apparent. If you're right at the operating threshold with most games, you won't notice until the card truly goes under load and tries to draw more power than you can offer it.

Just out of curiousity, what kind of tests did you run?

My most intensive game at max.

It played beautifully... until a few minutes later when the computer shut off.

I thought trying to take it to max would make apparent any issues... and it did.

I am so glad that windows saves a system restore point BEFORE it has an auto-restarting update.
What I'm not happy about is the fact it did that in the first place, and thus needing me to use a system restore in the first place. Who the hell thought that idea was a good one anyway?!

Umm, wait so you are having problems with the graphics card and you are trying to run it on a very old PSU?

We did.

(I didn't know the power capacity of my computer, okay?)

But let's not drag it back up.
