The way the meme works is that somebody has to say

"Such and such boils down to such and such"

or similar.

Then, somebody says

"Such and such boils down to KRAW KRAW"

Just screaming KRAW KRAW at random doesn't work.

Yeah, I've looked up meme before. It's a cool word. In the standard context, though, it's becoming a forced meme. Because it's just some dude who goes KRAW KRAW.

Or perhaps I am forcing KRAW KRAW is not a meme as a meme. No one knows.
