Well, normally I'd say no, but while Troping I was informed, and remembered that a Transformer brought to life by the AllSpark in the first movie had missiles. And it was formerly a cell phone. In light of this, I'd say anything's possible.

I have the spybot fly off and give me a tactical readout of all transformer positions in the city. I attack targets of opportunity, preferably backstabbing distracted bots, but leaving defenseless ones alone.

Would it be possible to work for neither side? I want my character to be based off Shadow, from FF6. An odd cross between a samurai's honor and an assassin that will follow the most immoral of orders... for the right price.

It's possible to work as a mercenary, yes. You could also be a total longer, but with no allies at all it would be difficult to survive. Also, keep in mind the only faction currently in the spotlight that would hire you are the Decepticons.

I just checked the wiki site for the chopper form that I use and while it generally isn't outfitted with rocket launchers/grenade launchers, it was in the Vietnam War at least.

So maybe after this battle, I could outfit myself with some, but I'm staying more in the electronics warfare role.

I'm here, guys. I am so sorry. Hadn't had net access for a few days. Here is my post.

Holy crap. Optimus has more men at his disposal than I originally thought he did. I didn't charge straight into the fray because I wanted to see if I could blindside any of my former comrades. Now Megatron and his second-in-command are actually here! This is getting way out of hand.

I spot Band Kannon attacking Blue Jay. Time to make my presence known. I drive towards him and transform into bot mode. Then I will attempt to tackle him to the ground. If I succeed, I will say: "Hello, Band Kannon. Miss me?" Then I will try to beat him senseless with my dozer gauntlets.
