I was thinking of doing a short story later, probably about Deonideas encountering the cyclops with the unpronounceable name in a desert.

EDIT: I guess a good way to think up stories is to just find titles that sound epic/silly and assemble something out of them. Here's a few:
DEONIDEAS - among the Skullmonkeys
Deonideas VERSUS the gladia-taur
deonideas HAS SEX with the queen of the druids

After all the killing Deonideas had done that day, Deonideas felt like relaxing, going somewhere no man has ever gone before. For ideas he went to his mentor Socrates, the man was in his office. As he walked in he noticed something was different about his office. There was a naked woman on his table getting pounded by the bearded man Deonideas called his mentor. "Well this is akward boy, have a seat she doesnt mind" Deonideas slowly moved to the stool near his desk. "Socrates im bored of being the manliest man of all of Athens, and killing persians by the dumptruck doesnt help either. I need to go somewhere no other man or beast has ever gone, so I have come to ask you where I should go". "The stars my boy, the homes of the gods where ecstasy is an everyday feeling, not a drug, where a mountain of challenges is no longer your worry of the day" said Socrates. "But the closest one is Helios' domain, and hes still depressed over his son getting killed by Zues and setting half the world on fire." "Boy do you really give two shits about that?! No you dont, when you come back tell me how it was being in the center of a star."

I was just playing Civilization 4 mod "Rhye's and fall of Civilizations" (where everything tries to be historically correct like civilization spawning and revolutions, from 3000 BC babylon and egypt to 2000 year but gives you an opportunity to break the history) as Greeks, what a coincidence. After reading this thread I attacked persia and captured their city in mediterranean Asia (which they took after Phoenicia collapsed) and called the hoplite unit which did it "Deonideas" . Now  I will win no matter what. I plan to use him to capture Moscow around 1200 when it's founded by appearing Moscovians .
