  The starship Excalibur floated past the rubble of the destroyed planet. Deonideas grumbled something, but no-one caught it. He stalked out of the cockpit, now much less cocky.
  Deonideas was found by his girlfriend, Riley, in his room, idly bending and unbending a small steel girder. He had apparently ripped it off the table, which was now tilting. Seeing Riley, he placed the girder back under the table, fusing it through sheer will. The table looked pristine.
  However, Riley was not impressed. She'd seen Deonideas in real action, and that was just him idling. She didn't think anything could awe her anymore.
  "What?" asked Deonideas, his voice rough and soft at once. His face was all sharp angles, square and hard. he had almond shaped eyes, but had pale skin and a large round nose. His hair was cropped short in a military style.
  "We need you at the bridge. There's something you may want to see." She stumbled a bit, awed by Deonideas' prime physique.
  "Well, then, I guess I ought to go." He said, and teleported to the bridge. "What is it?"
  "It's... It's..." The helmsman stuttered. He pointed out the window.
  A massive ship floated near a chunk of planet, rounded and distinctly feminine.
  "Mary Sue." Deonideas growled. His arch-enemy. Just as Deonideas was the embodiment of manly-ness, Mary Sue was the embodiment of everything females stand for and are. She was the polar opposite of Deonideas. She couldn't touch him, but he couldn't touch her, either. She was invincible, omnipresent, all-knowing, and a femme-fatale to boot.
  It bugged him.
  "Fire." he said.                                                        To be continued by someone else!
