Well here is the backstory for my character.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

A question about our characters, have they met eachother yet or are we all just in the same area for now?

Sweet! Another follower of Bahamut.

I am unsure if my dragonborn does or does not have a tail. It doesn't really matter much to me, but it does seem weird to have both tailed and tailless dragonborn.

And a kobold too. This is going to be a very interesting adventuring party.

Virex, looks good.  I'll be sending you a PM with a couple questions.  Nothing you need to change, just a few things I'd like clarifications on.

You caught me with an unfinished description. Update will be in tommorow because I'm too tired today ;)

I'd completely forgotten about this. I think I'll withdraw, as I just don't feel like playing D&D for the time being. Sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused.

I'm assuming that your characters have been in The Muddy Hole for at least a week while pursuing their goals.  It's a small village, so your characters have definitely met, and since your characters are some of the most interesting people in town you've probably talked a fair bit.  I'm not assuming that your characters are old adventuring companions or old acquaintances.  You can be, if you and another player would like to be.

Ok.  Cool.

That's fine.  I'm sorry to see you go, but I understand where you're coming from.

Somehow I completely missed a lot coming along. Is the game full now? I can still generate a character by the deadline if there's space.
I probably won't be able to play for a few weeks (exams coming up). Would there be a chance of me stepping in after they're finished?
I could still gen by the deadline, if I'd be able to join in later.

I'm so in, if possible. :D

Sorry about the delay, I'm having trouble coming up with a character I like. Seems I'm more partial to Feylocks than I thought.  :P

Just out of curiosity, is anyone else planning on joining who hasn't submitted a character yet? This party's looking interesting (and cold-blooded) either way.

Here's the screenshots of my character sheet, and the D&D character builder file incase you want that too.

A few notes about that. My feat Focusing Spellfury is from the Arcane Power book, as is my encounter power Tearing Claws. I've noted down what they do on the sheet. My dragonscale staff is the staff mentioned in my backstory. No special effects, just a different item name and description. I chose the prophecy birth background to represent my dragonmark and to give me access to religion as a class skill, which represents my kobold's religious upbringing and beliefs. Looking over the character sheet now I've just seen that my encounter power isn't showing up. I can't be bothered changing it now but if you want to know what it does just ask. Or if you have Arcane power it's page 29.

Hope this is all good, if I need to change anything just tell me. I'm away on a school camp for a few days this week and probably won't get back until after the planned session times. Unless I happen to get back a few hours early I won't be able to make this week.

Nice character Samthere, I've always wanted to see what a druid would be like. How many characters have been submitted?

?) Pillow_Killer's Human Melee, Defender/Striker/Less Likely Leader, Least Likely Controller

1) RandomNumberGenerator's Dragonborn Cleric, Leader

2) Fortis' Drider Rogue, Striker
And their character background

3) Virex's Razorclaw Shifter Avenger, Striker

4) Level_8_Mudcrab's Kobold Sorcerer, Striker
And their character background

5) Samthere's Wilden Druid, Controller
If we end up striker-heavy, I'll swap my str and con scores and multiclass shaman to get an extra healing power later. Having no defenders isn't a huge problem - done it before (2 leaders, 3 strikers, 1 controller).

6) IronyOwl's Goblin Fighter/Dragonborn Barbarian, Defender/Striker

Hope I didn't miss anyone!

For non-combat challenges there's a list of mostly shitty rituals
You, sir, have clearly not explored the wonders of ritual casting :D

Can we know your race and class to get an idea of party composition, please? :D
Or just class.
Or just role.
Whatever you feel comfortable giving out; I know one campaign where I had a 'real' CS that the DM knew about and another one that I brought to the table, and keeping secrets can be super effective!
