We could find semi-large backpack, put in there an empty box, the size of the microwave, go in, switch the two, and get out.

WE DO THIS
Some places might Weigh or check anything that you bring in and/or out of a Junkyard. So if anything, push the Microwave out of the area we came in AFTER the voices that have been heard are clear...

Hide behind a large vehicle nearby. See if we can spy on whom it would be, or just eavesdrop, resist temptation to collect more resourses while the owners of the voices are nearby...

Action 10

You duck down behind some nearby cars, and strain to listen to the voices.

"...believe it, you know.
You sure it's over here somewhere?
Yeah, I noticed it this morning.
Okay, so, let's assume someone cut a hole in the fence and got in... which is pretty stupid mind you, and I don't see how the dogs didn't notice, but assuming they did, how the hell did they steal a god damn water tank and smuggle it through the hole?
No, no, it's a pretty well done..."

The voices soon move out of range further down the yard. You hear them stop a ways away, too far out to make out what they are saying - but close enough that they will hear you if you make too much noise.

You gaze longingly at the microwave, but realize that even if you had a backpack big enough to carry it in, you'd be hard pressed to carry it all the way back home. You wield your screwdriver, and disassemble it as silently and quickly as you can.

New Item Get: High Voltage Power Transformer
New Item Get: Circuitry
New Item Get: Small Motor
New Item Get: Magnetron
New Item Get: Various Wires

Soon, you hear the voices returning.

I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

Yeah, sounds like a good idea.

This, but spelled differently.

Good god man, cats training cats? That's like how every robot apocalypse starts. But with cats.

Consider Robot Plan:
Toy Car: The Acrobat
Parts:
RC Motor x2
Small Wheels x8
Circuit Board x1
Circuitry x1
Various Wires x?
Solder x?
Screws and Nails x?
Duck Tape x?

Stolen water tank? Did the man of SCIENCE do that when he visited the junkyard?

lets head a little further off and look for some more electronics. A bit more and we should probably leave though.

Toy Car: The Acrobat
Parts:
RC Motor x2
Small Wheels x8
Circuit Board x1
Circuitry x1
Various Wires x?
Solder x?
Screws and Nails x?
Duck Tape x?
Why so many wheels? Seems a bit much.

Chedd, you're gonna have to describe that a little bit as I've got no idea what you are going for.

I STILL think we shuld program a simulator for designs so wee can see how they will preform before building them.

Yeah, eventually, but I doubt a simulation would help much for things as simple as what we can build for now. Our main priority for the moment is gathering parts.

Yeah, but the designs don't do much without parts to build them out of.

GRRR, stupid new forum software. The old software didn't delete my posts (though I didn't lose much this time since I was prepared), but why oh why does it keep logging me out!? I should have to log in multiple times in a row to make a post damn it. And I WILL lose posts regularly at this rate... Anyways!

Action 11
You quickly duck out through the flap before the voices reach you, and head off towards the main road at a decent clip, your bag heavy with supplies. You should have enough resources now to throw something together, and that itch behind your ears is getting REALLY persistent.

New Stat Bar Added : Time Clock

Still, it's going to take you at least an hour to get back to Caroline's... was there anything else that needed doing before you head to the lab?

I think we are good for the moment. *Tries to think of a good robot design*

1 Hammered sheet metal to form a arc
4 small wheels
1 small motor (Driving)
1 Rc Motor (Iron rod)
1 metal rod
Lots of nails

The Nails will be nailed into the sheet metal and rod to form a shell. Then attach RC motor to iron rod to make a stabby weapon with the spikes, same wit the small motor with wheels. Also if possible make a slot in the shell for the iron rod to sit in when not in use. Use as much solder and wires with Circuitry needed to build this.
Its basic but honestly I couldn't think of anything else to do with our current materials other than making a small piece of equipment.
