As far as organization goes, I prefer that each person have one summary of personal actions, then if needed a general summary of what happened with the party. But obviously its up to you.  Number 10 doesn't have a name label.

Follow behind the group, keeping to the rear

Summon a medium size Dog to protect the lead member of the group.

If no enemy is encountered, train animal training, attempting to train a successfully summoned dog into a stronger fighter.

1: Ignore Meanmelter.

2: Examine the hallway I'm walking down behind the rat.

3: Enter the next room and check for any kinds of traps.

1: Ignore Meanmelter.

Umm, this is a slight spoiler for future references in the game as it should be Ignore Phillip, but...

Alright then, going to use Knight85's idea here. You should also let me know if I am being entertaining or I am boring you.

TURN THREE

Phillip
He orders everyone to walk into the room, everyone is in the room in a line formation, still not sure what to expect, you hear a growl.

you begin to examine the room, you notice that there is a Lesser Kobold standing in the room! You also notice that there is a (UK)Axe of unknown Material type
Not what I would have done, but just saying.

Knight
You follow the group into the room, also hearing the growl as Phillip points out the Lesser Kobold.
Using your Conjurer magic, you attempt to summon a Medium Sized Dog.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Success!You have summoned a Medium Sized Dog! But sadly, he is missing his left front leg. (+10 to Conjurer skill)

You send your dog to attack the Lesser Kobold!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Miss! The Lesser Kobold managed to Parry the Medium Sized Dog's attack.
Not half bad, maybe you should try summoning randomly untill your magic runs out.

Paranatural
You hear voices "Throw a stone, at it, just throw a stone at it, not the thing, throw a stone at 'IT'" You ignore the voices and continue with the group.

You notice the hallway is un-naturally thin, whatever is in here, wanted no-one inside.

You look around for any traps, you did not see any.
Wow man, throw a rock at it? I think your profession should be 'Guy who is throwing rocks at everything'

Frelock
You have no garments.(check Inventory, no cloth) You know you want to heal that wound, it is itching inside, you realize a Man don't need a shield, You begin to tear the leather straps off your shield and use them for wounds next time.(shield is un-usable until repaired)

You get in line, for no reason, realizing that that hallway was unnaturally thin, you form the line formation, you are second in line from the left-to-right.

You have allready entered the room, try killing the damn Sulking Filth!.
Wow, lost your shield, sorry buddy, you when Physio there for a second.

Terrahex
You shove everyone out of your way into the next room, You swing your sword, hoping to Kill the Kobold.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Success! You swing, Hitting the Lesser Kobold on the Left arm, ripping all its fingers off, mangling his Left arm! (+10 to sword Proficiency)

You notice the (UK)axe on the ground, you pick it up and place it in your inventory.
Not bad, it is a Kobold after all, what did you expect?

Lesser Kobold
The Kobold Tries to swing at the Medium Sized Dog!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Hit! The Kobold managed to punch the dog on the Upper Torso, bruising it!

The Kobold Tries to swing at the Medium Sized Dog!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Hit! The Kobold managed to punch the dog on the Lower Torso, Bruising it!

The Kobold Tries to swing at the Medium Sized Dog!
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
Hit! The Kobold managed to punch the dog on the front Right Paw, Bruising it!
You suck, no joke, should a ran while you could

Very nicely organized.. Kinda wondering how I got better at brewing and archeology though. Not that I'm complaining about it.

Time to test just what I can do with this.

Conjure a set of bound magical dog armor on my medium dog

Conjure a replacement leg on the dog, natural or otherwise prosthetic

zap my staff at the kobold and see if anything interesting happens.

Everyone Had Cooking Proficiency, and that was unacceptable.
I also added some magic uses so there was a restriction on how Uber your Conjuring-self was.
And I don't remember Bound Magical Dog Armor being Conjurable, maybe on it when you conjure it, but not summoning just it.

for(int x=2; x>=0; x--)
{
if(kobold == alive)
{
Cleave the kobold in twain;
}
else
{
Pick up and seek to identify UK axe;
}
}//End of kobold killing for loop

1: Stab the Kobold if it still lives until dead.

2: If kobold is dead, search dead kobold. Otherwise kill it.

3: If Kobold is dead, search any other exits. Otherwise kill Kobold.

I was using Elder scrolls Oblivion conventions (where you can summon bound armor *on yourself mind you*) but if those don't fit this genre.

Conjure small vampire bat- order to attack kobold

Attempt to exercise whatever magical school is capable of giving my doggie a leg. (Real or artificial)

Zap the staff at the kobold - sit back and watch what happens.

So whack at the Lesser Kobold till death, alright.

I will attempt to Stab the Lesser Kobold till death.
When The endless action ends. Bury the Lesser Kobold. (unless you wanna rob it, but robbing is bad for your karma.)
Look for items around the room.

SUPER QUESTION!

Should I list how a creature died in the Death Section on the first post such as..
Dead Players(I list AI players)
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Or how do you think it should go?
