Your starting spot is a little close to someone else's, I would probably change things to fit.... unless you don't mind, of course.

If I read it right, they do not actually favor the glaciers, far more liking the mountains and the plains. So it wouldn't be that much tension, right? Anyways, I'm in, then. You could put me right in the upper-left corner, and the hero south of it. That'd be about the same distance as they've got with the species more to the east of them.

you mechanic is better than what I came up with, but your hero still can't move until the tile he's on is complete wasteland. my reason behind this is because you would have a huge warrior thing that others couldn't easily fight, and he would curb-stomp pretty much anyone who looked at you funny.

Okay. I still keep the one-turn army movement bonus though, right?

Also, Ghazkull, I like how you placed your piece into play. Very nice.

So tempting...but just like 1 and 2 I'm not sure If I'll have the time.  Hmm... I'll just keep an eye on it and see how my time pans out.  This comes just at the right time too, I was having nostalgic thoughts reading BOTG2...

If I do join it would be Youh and the Dracon again.

I doubt he'd say no, unless there's a rule against new players coming in mid-game. Guess there's no harm is asking, though.

And just out of curiosity, what are the ^ on the map? I don't see it on the key.

Mountains, I believe. They're the only terrain beside wasteland not on the key.

Which reminds me, what symbol should wastelands be? Should we differentiate between wastelands derived from different terrains? Maybe keep mountains as mountains, regardless of wasteland stats (barring role-play involving toppling mountains, which I'll probably do eventually)

I propose ` as the flatlands wasteland symbol. Or , .

Rolled a 7 for wasteland counter. The tile I was on is now at -60% and I have a population of 17.5, all in the work-force.

Just came back from a weekend camping trip and this is what I see? Two, no, three posts?

We're supposed to be having a turn per day.

Has everyone else gone, or should I wait before I give my next turn's orders?

Ah fuck, I got a 1 for my next population roll... 10% taken away, plus 1% from work-force pop. That means a gain of 2.75 pop, leaving me with a total of 20.25. Again, all work-force. I should also probably stop giving out my pop numbers here and simply PM them to yousodumb. I'd be more inclined to if he was on more...
