As always, ignore Armok's advice.
This.
Kill the others, make them into a fabulous bone brooch, and give it to her as a gift.
THIS.

Sorry, But I am anal retentive, and my fix edit isn't actually correct in this context.

OT: Not worth it.

Fix'd.

Okay, so, today this girl I know-Lauren, just took a sudden dis-interest in talking to me. Is she just on her period or something?

Each of you list the reasons for why they shuld have her and not the others, then you give her the paper anonymusly, and let her chose

This would be so incredibly awkward I can guarantee it would only freak her out. Do not do this.

On the other hand it would make all of them equally creepy. It would be the most egalitarian way to go about it

If you'd just as soon stay her friend, back out.  Let one of them go for it.  If you pull shenanigans she'll find out.

Pour yourself in oil, set yourself on fire, and impress her with your dedication.

Heck, get your friends to do so too. If you win, it eliminates the competition. If you don't, well, it's not like you'll care anymore.

Don't you mean "winning three friendships"?

I have never seen an advice thread go for so long without a single piece of good advice (besides mine, and people advising that the advice given is bad)

That's, uh, a little suspicious, isn't it?

I mean, gosh, I could say the same thing. Clearly self-immolation is the answer.

And there seems to be a lot of good advice here, anyway. A lot that seems good to me, in any case; I don't know which would actually be the best in this situation, but still, saying "everyone gives bad advice but me" smacks of bias. Heck, many people told the OP to do the same thing you suggested. Do you suppose that because you say something, it is right, while when other people say the same thing, it is somehow wrong?

EDIT: Wait why do I post here so much

That's good advice.

Alright, tomorrow, both of them are going to ask her out, and we'll let her choose.
