They aren't raffling her they are deciding between them which gets to try and ask her (first? assuming if they fail the other is allowed to try). It's an agreement between them and nothing to do with the girl.

Her only choice is to accept or not when/if one of them asks her.

Yeah, we have an age-old saying here "Tko prvi do djevojke, njegova djevojka", which translates as "The first one to get to the girl, gets the girl". It's usually not this literal (it's our equivalent of "Early bird gets the worm"), but that doesn't mean it's any less true. So yeah, if me and my friends were in that situation, we'd all try to get with her, but once someone succeeds the other guys would drop it.

Goddamn. Just ask the girl out. Your friend does what ever he wants to. If she accepts to go out with you, you'll see if she's really worth of it. If she's not, you're more than happy to let your friend have a change. If she is, do what you got to do. It's that easy, really.

Is dating some girl you know whom you will probably not have a lasting relationship with (just by statistics here) really worth spoiling your friendships with your two friends?

Here's what I suggest you do personally, though.

Flip a coin. Heads you just up and ask her out, tails, you keep your mouth shut. Not because I expect you to obey the will of random chance, but because as that coin is tumbling through the air, you will suddenly know which side of the coin you hope comes up.
