TURN 1
Sam Spade: You are in your apartment. The door is closed. It smells like pizza and cigarettes. The TV is on to the only channel that isn't ridiculously priced anymore, the advertisement channel. You notice your mail has come through the suction system most apartments use now.
Your are fine, don't need another cigarette, have no job.
Kenton: You have enough money for 1 months rent in an apartment, or $4,000. You have a cheap, 2050 laptop. It is really slow, especially on the new holonetwork (which displays in 2D if your computer can't support it). Slow means it might take a page to load.
You are fine. You have no job.
Mirage: You're in your hotel room. You can see outside your window Washington D.C, still a rather nice place to live. You need to meet with the head if the CIA today, for some reason.
You are fine. You must go to the CIA head.
Cheddarius: You are in the sniper barracks on the Moon. You are in Randia, a nation owned by RAND. You admire the beautiful terraformed landscape outside your window. It's just an image from a camera outside, but it's still where you are. You are on service to protect the fortress here from GE. You wear a cheap fake spacesuit to bed, for some reason.
You are fine.
Uriel: You wake up to the faint sound of a jet engine. You are being shipped to a base on a low-radiation peninsula of Korea, where you are supposed to make an assault on the UASU Capitol from a caravan wastlelander (carries you across Nuclear Radiation Zones, or NRZs). You lead a squad of privates. Your goal is to cause as much damage as possible and leave. Alive, preferably.
You are fine.
Rogers: You wake up from the cold concrete of an alley. You have nothing to your name. Nothing but memories. The experiments are slightly hazy when you recall them. You remember being in two places at once, and partially, and strange things that couldn't be possible. But you try to remember who did that to you. You were taken by a man, and escaped thanks to the government. But somehow, the man's cruel, calculating demeanor seemed to suggest at least being of a high class.
You are fine.
Neuf: You wake up in your apartment. The funds from testing have ran out. You want to find some way to prove your worth to the world. You don't know how, though.
You are no idiot, but fine.
