Since you're playing for RAM, you decide whether you want to buy regent street, if you want to buy/sell any pieces and your chess move now.

So, what's the turn order? Do I do things whenever I feel like it? Isn't it sort of unfair if people who are online more can move their chess pieces earlier?

So far the best plan seems to be whoever posts first has their action happen first. The problem with doing things in order is that it would require people to post in sequence, and that would slow down the game a lot. It if gets to a point where the sequence in chess moves is important, then people will have to post sequentially.
