I backed out after my second failed attempt. I'll wait until I have a more secure bank account and use an old one for transferring money to methinks

Yep, nothing in the spam folder. It just hasn't arrived.

This happened to me too. Try signing up again, it worked then. Although I didn't get the name I wanted.

Even having them send it again didn't work.

It says on the site that if you don't get your initial email try to do a password reset as they work the same way.
