Hmm interesting...

Find something with a hook of a sort if at all possible.

I give Haika my spare curing potion, and look into one of the other rooms, avoiding detection from anyone inside.

I'll drink the potion that Luke gave me(thanks btw), and admire my magic fount pants. Then, I shall check for traps, attempting to disarm any and all I find and keeping whatever useful trap components. Would also like to pick up the dart that hit me,

Didn't exactly picture my character as the stealthy type, but so many traps, and I'm probably the heaviest armored atm. Not to mention my dodge bonus from those very nice leggings. :)

also, if I can wear the leather armor in free items, I will take it and put it on under my chainmail for some blunt defense. If that's reserved for padded armor or something, I'll leave it be.

Oh and I should be quiet, but you forgot to update my hp. As the dart did a point of damage if the turn text is any indication.

Pencils could be made with erasers at both ends, but what would be the point?

No, in generic fantasy games different types of armor take up different slots and you can't put two armors in the same slot. I'm going to stick to that, also because that keeps it simple.

No, any time I make a mistake, correct me. It helps avoid the whole "oh, he shouldn't have died two turns ago because you forgot to heal him six turns ago" or "I would have survived if I had bought that thing, but you forgot to update my gold" situations.

No, they're in the same "slot", so you can only have one on at a time.

Turn 6
Location: Stardust Ruins

Dermonster is slow, so I just stuck him on the action I'm making everyone else do while they're in this room.

Find something with a hook of a sort if at all possible.
3. You go up to a door and hope to find something inside it, but it's jammed.

I give Haika my spare curing potion, and look into one of the other rooms, avoiding detection from anyone inside.
4. You open up one of the many doors and find a closet-sized room with 3 gold in it. You put the gold in your wallet, hand a potion to Haika, and move on.

I'll drink the potion that Luke gave me(thanks btw), and admire my magic fount pants. Then, I shall check for traps, attempting to disarm any and all I find and keeping whatever useful trap components. Would also like to pick up the dart that hit me
2. You down the potion and instantly feel better, but can't find any sign of traps in the room you're currently in. You have a feeling that if there are any traps, they'd be behind the doors. Also, you think the dart that stuck in you fell into a crack in the floor.

Carefully walk further, and crouch if possible
5. There isn't much further to walk, so instead you open a door. Behind it you find a treasure chest and open it, getting 7 gold and an ancient white book. You open it and sense some strong magic, then realize that reading it would be impossible for you. But there's probably someone in town who could decipher it. So you stick the book in with the communal loot and keep the gold for yourself.

Open some doors, find some loot
5. You go up to a door and open it, and find some leather leggings (+1 defense against blunt) and 4 gold. You put them on and close the door.

Wait what was I thinking? Hook?

Pick the lock on the main door with an arrow, don't ask how, I'm just going to do it.

Practice with my bow by trying to shoot a arrow into the keyhole, I don't expect this to open the door or anything, I just expect it to be reasonable practice.

I'll tell you right now that's going to result in an auto-fail. Also I'll tell you that if at least one of you gets a good roll searching, you'll be out of here by the end of the turn.

Continue search for either the key to the main door, or for mass loot, both if possible.

If you had the maul, you could "pick" the door with it...

Right then, Let's make a deal, I'll take what's behind door number 3 Bob...

Open a door, and see what fate gives me, spear at the ready.

Listen, there are always generic inexplicably indestructible doors in fantasy games.
