I have to agree with Haika that this seems unbalanced but it is only the 3rd turn so it may pick up.

C'mon people! It seems like we're losing a person every turn, what's with that? Who signs up for an RTD and immediately leaves?

I suggest AI. Until you get a few turns in at least. If someone hasn't posted in 2 days, they should definately get put on autopilot at least for a few turns. And if they stay gone, then boot them for someone else more active.

Since the door is open now, I will take a quick peek, surveying whatever might be just outside the dungeon. If there is noone outside I will take a step out.
(4) Strangely you find there was only one guard watching three cells, who is currently lying on the floor dead. You take a step out and look around. (Map detail(s) discovered)

I take my key, and wander through the dungeon, opening all the cell doors I find, looking for a guard outpost or equipment storage. Hopefully to find myself some decent gear(weapon+armor), and maybe someone grateful enough that I released them to be my servant.
(5) You use your keys to unlock the doors to both of the other cells, however upon hearing the word "servant" they all run for the nearest exit. You also find a door marked guard's quarters but you're pretty sure you don't want to go in there just yet. (Map detail(s) discovered)

Wander the halls in search of a weapon
(4) You find a (4) steel (1) dagger in a cell where nobody bothered to look.

Bandage my nose with a piece of cloth.
(1) You can't seem to find any cloth around you, despite the fact that you're wearing plenty of it. You decide to adjust you nose, it being bent to the side, and in the process, chunky blood spurts out. Deciding that you've just sneezed out your brains, you faint. (-1 turn)

Practise acting like a guard.
(4) You believe you're getting the hang of this... (+1 to disguise rolls for 3 turns)

Swipe the keyring of whoever has it and explore the facility (not entering guard's quarters for now)

Look around, specifically in the other cells. If they are unlocked search them for anything useful.

By the way, should the brick ( 8 ) be in equipment in the status?

Find. Weapon.
(4) You find an (1) iron (3) greatsword... wait... where did you get that? You can't quite remember...
Swipe the keyring of whoever has it and explore the facility (not entering guard's quarters for now)
(4) You are able to grab the keys from Haika's hand while he quizzically looks at the greatsword in his hand. Right outside the room you were in, there is a four way corridor, an engraving on the wall in front of you says:
Food storage ^
Equipment storage >
Main hall <
Cells \/
(Map detail(s) discovered)
Lie on ground
(1) You fail at lying down, and somehow manage to stand up while still unconscious.
Look around, specifically in the other cells. If they are unlocked search them for anything useful.
(6) You notice there are a lot of stones lying around. In the process of moving a rather large one you lose hold of it and it drops with a loud THUD. You feel that this is not good, as you are in the cell closest to the guard's quarters. You find some awesome shoes though. (Spot check 3) you hear a rustling coming from behind a wall, you can't quite find which one though.
Practice with my new dagger
(1) You succeed at cutting your left hand, fourth finger off and are bleeding profusely. (+1 wound)
Quote from: Setting/Status
Distant voices can be heard shouting and screaming, sounds like a fight.
Kinkan wakes up.

Since I hear rustling from behind a wall I check it out. I knock lightly on the north wall. If I get a response then I look for a hidden pressure plate / switch, otherwise I go and stand outside the food storage.
