probably goes something like most often use opposition to this thing is from Christians using religion as a justification. that is only reason to oppose said thing. you oppose said thing therefore is one of them and that is only reason you could oppose said position because obviously no one sensible from their perspective would oppose them without having that as their reason.

I think it should be legal, just not enforced upon the institute.
