So I found out why my mother was so against me taking antidepressants

And mostly it boils down to the fact that I don't act depressed around her... and indeed I don't.

When I am crying or feel particularly bad I just stay in my room. When I talk to her I change my pitch and act social.

But it is still hard to go through this without actual support.

Right now I am having crying fits.. >_<

I find that having crying fits away from the eyes of the world until the tears run dry really helps alot for me. Especially now where we're having problems.

It will be over forty degrees next Saturday.

I am going to die, or at least die trying ;_;

I'm jealous. I miss our 45 degree summer weather.

I like summers up here. We usually have temperatures around ~30o C, but at the price of winter temperatures usually being negative even in Fahrenheit.

Hence the reason I want to move far, far away.

I can't cry, for some reason. Even if I really want to, the most I can ever manage is a tear or two.
It's actually slightly worrying me now.
I'm the same way, and I usually feel really bad about it for some reason.

also being yelled at for not knowing how to do things that i've never been taught before and being yelled at for making mistakes because i'm upset at being shouted at makes me sad.

Thirty degrees usually the peak in summers.

40 is basically unheard of.

Huh, I thought everyone on here except for me (okay, maybe a couple of others) was insane and liked ridiculously cold weather.

And now I'm too tired from my adventures in College Advising Land to feel like doing anything productive. Bluuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh.

I've been depressed slightly after making up a kayaking class I missed last week. My tutor this time, a woman who's usually the assistant intern to the instructor, was being really patient with me and trying to explain things, yeah, but I just couldn't seem to get it. Flipping upright has me boggled, I didn't actually succeed without her physically assisting me, my form's off or something, and at one point I ran out of breath and tried to exit the vehicle just as she flipped the boat upright and got my ankle caught in the leg brace as I floundered about in the lake. Which is a little sore, now, along with all the blisters. And I still panic when I get water up my nose.

I definitely don't feel like being productive tonight, +1 to Spehss_

Same problem, the solution is to take your mind off of it by playing video games or, alternatively, falling into the gaping maw of depression

I thought I was the only one who did this. Except for the acting social part, because I hate giving her the satisfaction of being exactly how she wants.

I know that feel, though.

No everyone here but me is insane and likes stupidly hot weather because obviously the extreme you CAN'T offset is the best one.

Also JEBUS, why does erryone have terrible families :(
