I'm nearly done with humanity, I swear.

That person MUST be trolling.

Because he sort of steps on the correct answers in his own musing but just ignores them.

Sad: my stupid alcohol tolerance making things more expensive. >.>

Also now I wish I had a guitar so I could start playing again. Or at least a ukulele (which I don't suck quite as hard at).

I've had a look at his facebook- the guy seems genuine.
Don't worry, he's in the minority.

Sad for the day

My great river main campaign didn't kick start well
I only have 3 of 6 players I need and no one will join
I really didn't want to npc more than one adventurer
I wonder if I add the colored map and map of city placement in if it would help at all .-.

What sort of game is that, exactly?

It's a fantasy game
9 main races
Half simple magic system and meant to be a quest after quest raising funds and support for a main mission
All the adventurers are in the same group working the same mission for different goals

...Could I potentially play as some noble's executioner, forced to moonlight as an adventurer due to budget cuts and/or a low crime rate?

Back story is honestly not important
So sure
Though I'll need a shortened version for your reason

Better than Autumn.
Autumn and Spring set off my SAD, though, so I'm biased.
Winter is beautiful, though. The white snow, the cheap and readily available building material that nobody minds you using to create elaborate fortressess that disappear at the end of the season, the smooth slopes for sliding down (and inherent danger to cleanse the genepool of children who do not obey their overseers), the chill in the air that lets you run your computer harder, the cool fog efffect on your breath, the glistening lakes where skating happens (and more overseer sanctioned cleansing), the bare trees and evergreens intermingling, the lack of migratory animals passing through, etc.

All autumn has going for it is color and the harvest. Meaning awful storms and preasure-patterns giving me horribly bad headaches, and applesauce (yuk).

Spring is just as bad, with everything just being muddy and more horrible weather systems making every joint in my body protest.

Summer wouldn't be bad if the roads weren't always under construction at that time. AC makes it otherwise completely bearable.

Well, today I noticed that I'm constantly dampening my emotions to prevent depression...
