I am so tired of coughing and nose bleeds. Coughing hurts my chest, and sometimes it feels like my lungs are coming out... Probably just my uvula, but still.
And every time I try to shower I get a nosebleed and don't notice until I look down and see the pool of blood on the floor.

Also sick. It was mild at first but got pretty bad today, even with a NyQuil regimen. I'm in a sweater in a 72 degree room, and I still feel like I'm freezing.

So, school has been exponentially stressful. Add to that my 3-4 Extracurricular activites, training for karate, extra work I have to do on the side from the college counselor, and dysphoria as well as a bit of depression, increased back pains, and you get just the right mix that I hate.

Really angry at my mom because of something that happened today.
See, I had really bad back problems. They got to the point were I sneezed and my neck got stuck in a painful position. I was sent to a chiropractor. She was actually really good, seemed trustable, and fixed a bunch of stuff as well as told me what I had wrong (stretched, tensed muscles, slightly bent spine, etc.) I went to a couple sessions, and she said that I wasn't completely fixed but one or two more sessions would help me heal more completely. My mom never took me back there. She said we had no money for it. One week later, she paid a large portion of what would have been one session to get a cosmetic tattoo, which, as I have mentioned in a previous rant, is something she has alway been opposed to.
Anyways. We pass it. I remember that. Tell her I never went to that last session.
She says she didn't have the money again. "Besides," she goes on,"it's not you've still got problems. She probably fixed it in the first sessions and only wanted money."
Sure, mom. I definitely don't have any more problems. It's not like I've been hiding the pain and trying to fix it by myself because my dad was pretty clear on what would happen if the problems flared up again. Yeah, like I'd be scared enough of my dad to suck up pains almost every day. That's definitely not me.

And that's a major part of my sad today: my fear of people. Tired of getting backstabbed and hurt by other people.

Forward the cause, Caroline. Keep saying you've still got problems :/ Don't let assumptions take your place...

Also do remember--even if that fear exists: Those kinds of people aren't everyone.

Surely, at least, you'll find one person in your area with good-hearted intent and beliefs. (Like that Chiropractor O__O)

Is it cold and dry right now in your house? And are you taking warm, steamy showers?

I've had periods of times where the huge difference in temperature and humidity between the air inside of my house and the steamy air in the bathroom has caused nosebleeds, so if that's the case I wouldn't worry about that too much. (You could probably pick up a humidifier for your house if that was the case).

Have hope, my cat escaped the house, and was gone for 4 days. We assumed the worse, as we live in a city. Not only are there cars, but fishers have been a problem in the area before. But on the fourth day, the cat came back. Cats can be super resourceful.
